It's hard for me to make it out. Google "Northern catalpa" and see if that's what it is.

I Googled it....don't think that's it. Not a flowering tree and no long beans....

Looks like American hazelnut, Corylus americana.

Ding!!! Ding!! Ding!! I believe saccharum has it! I Googled American Hazlenut and from what I can see I'm pretty sure that's it! Thanks Man!!

I'm not 100% sure that it's C. americana and not some other species of hazelnut, but from what I can see it looks like a good match.

Yeah right! Hey guys, the fourth post down entitled "Some type of Cherry?" wanted someone else to verify my identification, because if my id is correct he thinks it could be poisoning the fish in the little pond. Would some of you guys look at that post and give your opinion?
