This tree is in Ocala, Florida and is approx. 15' high.

I'm guessing wax privet, Ligustrum japonicum.
Or some kind of Ligustrum.

No, not Ligustrum. Looks like Photinia x fraseri, red tip Photinia.

I think that Photinia can make a nice tree when pruned right. Better than English laurel, in regard to not having so many berry seeds that germinate.
